RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 Change of mind : We have 3 days return and exchange policy under the following Terms and Conditions:

1-     The product must be unused and in original packaging.

2-     The packaging of the product must be in original condition.

3-     We will inspect the product and if it is in saleable condition, the refund will be processed within 48 hours after deduction of courier and packing charges.

Defective/damaged/wrong product : In case the product delivered is defective / damaged or wrong, the following process will be applied

1-     Report within 3 days of delivery

2-     Send Video / images and Dispatch Slip attached with the parcel at our WhatsApp 03342659277 for our verification.

3-     Our team will review the case within next 48 hours. The refund will only be possible when product is received from customer.
