I'm not satisfied. First of all, one plastic hook was broken in half when I opened the package, secondly the, the dust proofing sheets are also very small, can't fit them on rack road.
When I contacted the team of Emperial Homes via WhatsApp and direct call, they ignored my message and didn't care to respond at all.
I asked them for either a replacement or refund and I'm still waiting for a reply. They don't even deserve a 1 star, I try to contact them every single day via whastApp and direct call on their number but they don't respond.
They see my messages and but don't care to respond.
Very tough to organize small pieces into rack
