I requested a refund because the machine is of very low quality and does not perform as advertised. I have only used it twice, but I noticed the following issues:
1. Very low pressure: The pressure is nowhere near what is shown in the advertisement.
2. Gets warm quickly: When used continuously for around 30–40 seconds, the machine becomes noticeably warm.
3. Poor battery timing: Even after a full charge, the battery lasts around 5 minutes or less when used continuously at full power.
4. Poor after-sales service: The refund team provided me with a contact number, but the person does not respond to messages. I have contacted him multiple times, but I have received no proper response or assistance.
Considering the poor quality, performance issues, and lack of proper after-sales support, I am not satisfied with the product and would like to request a full refund. Please process my refund as soon as possible.
We order blackhead machine, but not working... Very disappointing... We want blackhead removal but it give scar not even a single blackhead remove.....
